Our Return Policy

We want you love what you buy as much as we love making it available for you, so if you’re not happy with what you ordered, get in touch with us at [email protected] and let’s discuss it. We want you to be satisfied with your order and we will gladly exchange or refund your order per our Return Policy.

*Notification of exchanges, refunds, damages or non-delivery must be made within 30 days from the order date by contacting us by email [email protected].

*Oh no! Did we get your order wrong? We strive for perfection but 1% of the time something may happen. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, let us know right away. We will gladly reship your correct items at no charge or issue a refund. A customer must preserve packing slip and items ordered without disposing them for verification purposes before reshipping your correct items or issuing a refund.

*If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged and in original packaging, send your order back to us at your shipping expense for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend you always insure the shipment. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.

*To exchange an item, send your items back to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace with another item of your choice. Customer will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement.

*In reference to an exchange or refund on Tea, Superfoods, Tea-ware and Accessories, items must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in new condition upon receipt to our company to receive a full refund. We recommend you insure the shipment. Refund submissions are processed upon receipt of the return items and may take 7-14 business days (depending on banking institutions).
