Our Shipping Policy

We offer shipping for a flat rate of $5.99 for orders within the US. Please note for bulk purchases of gifts and accessories a handling fee from 2.99 may be added. We do offer free shipping for orders over $49.00. Outside of the US: our website can only process orders shipping within the US but if you’re interested in placing a special order, please contact [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist you!

When your order is placed, it can take a minimum of 1-3 days for us to process it. When processing is complete, a tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier and your order leaves our distribution center. Once your tracking number is assigned and emailed to you, your order is in the care of the shipping carrier. The carrier can usually provide tracking details. If you have concerns about shipping delays, you may contact the carrier. If you contact the carrier with no resolve, please contact [email protected] so that we can investigate the matter.
